Student Affairs Professional Development Workshop: Surviving to Thriving
November 6, 2015 @ 8:15 am - 12:00 pm
The Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges presented the Student Affairs workshop for Fall 2015 Surviving to Thriving, with Joanne Cadorette Soliday on Friday, November 6th at Cedar Crest College.
Soliday, based on experience, will share 9 principles that serve as the framework for success at today’s private institutions of higher education. Participants:
- Developed a greater understanding of the current issues facing small private liberal arts colleges and universities
- Moved away from their own silo of tasks and saw how every campus issue is solvable with integrated and well communicated initiatives
- Gained insight for moving forward on a path to higher administrative positions.
