LVAIC sponsored an interactive workshop that provided search committee members with knowledge and tools for successfully conducting candidate interviews and selection.
Participants of the program:
- Recognized the value of utilizing experiential interview questions
- Evaluated current interview processes and questions utilized in their department/institution
- Practiced utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
Each participant was asked to bring examples of interview questions currently utilized in their department or at their institution.
