LVAIC Librarian Information Literacy Conversation
February 23, 2017 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
“2017 is the inaugural year for the LVAIC Information Literacy Learning Community.
In response to the current debate in librarianship regarding the value of theory in relation to instruction, all LVAIC librarians interested in instruction are invited to discuss problem and inquiry-based learning over wine and cheese. Through this event we hope to increase our familiarity with theory-based information literacy instruction, share classroom techniques with one another, and enjoy one another’s company over food and drink. Pre-conversation reading is required. Please contact Jessica Denke at Jessica.firstname.lastname@example.org
This event is being held in The Butz Room at the Trexler Library, DeSales University
