LVAIC Campus Sustainability Conference

FreeThis conference consists of sustainability-themed presentations, interactive workshops, poster sessions and exhibitor forums. The theme of resilient sustainability efforts on a college campus is supported throughout the conference.
The Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges (LVAIC), comprised of founding members Cedar Crest College, DeSales University, Lafayette College, Lehigh University, Moravian College, and Muhlenberg College, solicits proposals for speakers at the LVAIC Campus Sustainability Conference 2020.
The purpose of the conference is to explore sustainability projects, cultivate dialogue and shared learning and encourage concrete action promoting responsible stewardship of the natural environment and equitable community in the areas where we live and work.
The conference will consist of presentations, workshops and a poster session. The principal participants and target audience for the conference include students, faculty, and staff. We welcome presentation proposals on case studies, pilot programs, best practices, infusing sustainability concepts into curriculum, and research. In addition to discussing problems, the presentations should focus on lessons learned and developing solutions.

On-site Conference Information
The event will take place at Muhlenberg College in Seegers Union (#1 on the campus map) with registration beginning at 8:30AM and the welcome and keynote speaker at 9AM. Participants can park in any lot marked Staff Parking and on Liberty, Ott, and Chew Streets. Directions to Muhlenberg College may be found here. A full campus map is available here.
