Medical consumerism promotes patients’ involvement in their own healthcare decisions. During this presentation, the true cost of healthcare and medical self-care will be discussed as well as introducing a Digital Diabetes program. Participants will become smart medical consumers and learn how to access and use Capital Blue Cross resources to help them live healthy.
