FIFO on campus
February 19, 2017, @ 12:05 PM
An ambitious initiative called FIFO-on- Campus (FOC), aimed at helping college filmmakers plan and develop their careers, was spawned last summer during filming of GETTING GRACE, Daniel Roebuck’s feature film shot here in the Lehigh Valley. Five years ago Bill Hartin founded FIFO (Fade In/Fade Out), a non-profit filmmaking consortium to develop, cultivate and support film making in the Lehigh Valley. Roebuck’s film attracted student intern Production Assistants from around the Lehigh Valley and around the country. FOC has since grown organically into a network of student filmmakers collaborating in every area of film making.
