LVAIC Management Development Program Showcases Continued Collaboration

The LVAIC Management Development Program is a semi-annual course offered each fall and spring semester through the Center for Business and Industry at Northampton Community College. The program is meant to serve all LVAIC organizations who want their Supervisors, Managers, and High Potential Employees to be equipped with the skills they need to be successful in a leadership role.

The four-course program is beginning its ninth cohort and focuses on such topics as Basic Management Skills, Effective Interactions, Conflict Resolution Strategies, and Situational Leadership.

This semester’s dates are:

• Friday, September 23rd
• Wednesday, October 19th
• Thursday, November 10th
• Wednesday, December 7th

All sessions run from 8am-4pm and take place at the Fowler Family Southside Center in Bethlehem.
