Don’t have time for “time management”? Consider joining this supportive lunchtime session about using time in meaningful ways, while also prioritizing well-being. Although the passing of time is beyond our control, how we utilize the hours we have is largely within our control. In this virtual session, Dr. Laura Murray, Director of the Center for the Integration of Teaching, Learning, and Scholarship at Lafayette College, explores how you currently use your time, as well as common “time sinks” and prioritization challenges. She also discusses alternative ways to conceive of “time management,” ending with skills and strategies to help change your behaviors to achieve your goals.
